Website Terms of Use

The service descriptions on this website explain the type of work we carry out and the factors that typically affect it. They are general information, not advice about your specific door, lock or property.

Whether a particular lock can be repaired, or which hardware suits a particular door, can only be determined by inspecting it. Nothing on this website should be taken as a determination about your situation.

No prices are published on this website. Any figure we provide in response to an enquiry is based on the information you have given us, and may change if the work turns out to differ from what was described.

Where the scope of a job changes once work has begun, we will stop and inform you before continuing.

We do not represent that any lock, hardware or arrangement of hardware makes a property impossible to break into. Door hardware raises the effort and time required to gain entry; it operates alongside other measures rather than replacing them.

Before carrying out work that provides access to a property, we may ask you to demonstrate that you are entitled to that access. We may decline work where entitlement cannot reasonably be established.

Where you rent a property, or where a property is managed on an owner’s behalf, lock changes may require the owner or managing agent to approve the work first. It is your responsibility to obtain that approval.

This website links to Google Maps so you can view our location and obtain directions. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

We may update the content of this website, including service descriptions and business information, at any time. Where business details change, the updated details will be published here.
